DIVORCING COUPLES

Divorce sales happen every day, but when it comes time to make the decision it can certainly feel overwhelming for many people. We always start with a conversation to determine the needs and wants of both parties. We also provide insight on the pros and cons of selling vs one party buying out the other, or even a deferred sale if that is being considered. Sometimes it makes sense for one party to maintain possession of the property, other times it does not. 

Once we conduct and complete a needs analysis, we will customize a strategy designed around those needs to fully prepare the property for market, position it at the right price to maximize interest, and then market it heavily to get the most and highest offers in the shortest amount of time possible. The key is to not project that this is a divorce sale as many buyers will see this as an opportunity to provide lower offers.
