Luxe will visit your property and conduct a walk thru to determine the condition of the property, services, curb appeal and current marketability of the property. Suggestions will be offered as needed for various items that can be enhanced to increase the value of the property and maximize your return. We also have a deep rolodex of contractors who can help make the repairs quickly and efficiently.
Full Scale Analysis
We provide our clients with a fully detailed market analysis of comparable properties and their selling price, competing properties and their asking price, as well as the best market price and most probable sale price for yours. We also provide a net to Seller worksheet outlining the costs associated with selling your property so you will know in advance how much you will receive as the sale closes.
Home Preparation
We provide our clients with a checklist of items to get their property “sale ready”. These can include maintenance and repair items, painting and updating, landscaping and curb appeal, removal of excess and personal effects, cleaning, and possibly staging if the property is vacant. These items are provided as a means to maximize the sale price for our clients and are at the discretion of the client. Some clients choose to complete all items while others choose to sell their property as-is. Whatever you choose, we will market it fully and aggressively.

Our concierge listing service consists of professional photographers and videographers to showcase your home at its’ absolute best.
