Referral Fees to our business partners
Referral Agreement
The first step is to establish a referral agreement with us so that we all understand the process, referral guidelines and referral amounts. Once the agreement is signed you will complete the Referral Partner Form so we have the necessary contact information as well as who to make the referral payment checks out to.
Sending Referrals
Referrals should be emailed directly to us according the Referral Partner Form details. We will confirm receipt of the referral and contact the referral promptly for our initial conversation and needs determination. Most of the referrals will decide to work with us while others may choose to work with someone they already know. We will let you know as we progress.
Referral Payments
Referral payments are due and payable upon the closing of the property and we typically send referral payments within three business days of the closing. All referral payments are made payable and sent according to the information on the Referral Partner Form. If you need to update this information, be sure to let us know prior to closing.

Agent Concessions
Agent concessions are often offered in addition to the discounted brokerage fee and this varies by promotion. Agent concessions typically consist of us providing a dollar amount toward their buying and/or selling closing costs and is often tied to the purchase or sale price of the property.
Free Services
Additional incentives include services such as detailed market & property reports that are valued between $300-$400 and are more detailed than a simple CMA (Comparative Market Analysis).
Other resources are also offered at no-charge such as: Boots on the ground service where we meet contractors at the property, assist with home staging and curb appeal updates. And we provide our $89 client resource guide at no-charge.
