Helping Estate Administrators in the Probate Process.

The Probate Agent is here to provide information for estate executors and personal representatives charged with handling estates involving real estate. There are many questions, lots of filings, and various amounts of waiting throughout the probate process. I have compiled charts, timelines, flyers and other information that help executors along the way. Some of the topics for discussion will be; What is probate? What are my responsibilities as the administrator? How do I find out if there is will? How do I contact the heirs? Are the heirs liable for debt if there are insufficient funds to cover them in the estate? Can the real estate property be foreclosed on? Must the real estate property be used to pay off debt? How long do I have to gather information? What do I do with the money the estate generates from an estate sale? How do I pay the bills of the estate? Do I really have to file and pay the taxes? How do I know how much debt the estate has? What if there is a conflict amongst the heirs? What if something was named in the Will but cannot be found? What if the heirs can’t agree on what to do with the real estate property? What if the real estate property needs to be sold quickly to avoid foreclosure? Do I have to maintain the property and keep the bills current during probate?

The answers to some of these questions can also be located on our website https://luxehomesales.net/probate/ be sure to check it out. You can also fill out the request form at the bottom of that page on our site to request free forms that will outline the steps and duties as an estate administrator as well as a general timeline of events for the probate process.
